What is Nia?

Nia is a fitness practice that draws on movements from Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts to deliver a dance workout that is suitable for all body types, ages, and fitness levels.

Vibrant, funky, soul-stirring music inspires a dynamic workout that stimulates, refreshes and relaxes the body, the nervous system, and the mind.

You are encouraged to listen to the wisdom of your body and seek pleasure in every movement.
